GTM Strategy and Ops Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented GTM Strategy and Ops Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving go-to-market efficiency, enabling effective strategy execution, and optimizing operational performance across our GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM leaders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to define quarterly OKRs that align with strategic business objectives
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress against OKRs
  • Standardize business reviews and operating cadences to drive alignment and accountability
  • Build and maintain headcount, capacity, pipeline coverage, and attainment models to optimize resourcing and predictability
  • Be a thought partner to GTM and Finance leaders on business planning efforts
  • Support strategic planning process, annual planning, and re-forecasting exercises
  • Develop and maintain Territory and Quota models
  • Conduct productivity analysis to inform hiring decisions and process improvements
  • Support GTM leadership in managing day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives
  • Assist in the design and implementation of end-to-end processes, systems, and tools that scale with the business
  • Support system administration as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role at a fast-paced company
  • Strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel and BI tools; SQL and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to define, measure, and report on KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Product teams
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
