We’re looking for our first GTM Strategy & Ops hire to work directly with our CEO and COO to turbocharge AiSDR’s traction by unlocking strategic insights and building scalable GTM processes.
This role is for an analytically fluent business thinker and aspiring entrepreneur who loves solving complex business problems. In this role, you’ll partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Success, Partnerships, etc.) and Business/Corporate functions to increase revenue, lower costs, and optimize GTM performance.

Responsibilities
- Help define our GTM strategy by analyzing funnel metrics, defining the right segmentation, prioritizing growth opportunities, and uncovering customer insights
- Drive strategic alignment across GTM teams by streamlining planning processes and surfacing the right strategic insights
- Build business cases around new initiatives and facilitate prioritization efforts
- Develop end-to-end analytics and reporting to accelerate decision-making and uncover growth levers
- Own sales forecasting and capacity planning
- Design and operationalize GTM processes and tools from first principles
- Ensure all GTM teams are telling a consistent story across all customer touch points
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, BizOps, or a highly-analytical strategy / operations role
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and unlocking insights through data
- Strong capacity to identify business needs, creatively conceptualize solutions, and drive them to completion
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with Tableau or BI tools, SQL proficiency, and/or Excel
- Entrepreneurial drive — a builder, owner, and self-starter
