About the Role:
We’re looking for a GTM Strategy Associate to support our rapidly-growing GTM team. In this role, you’ll help build, scale, and improve how our GTM teams run, influence our go-to-market strategy, and drive key operational initiatives. You will work on generating insights, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and enablement for our GTM Leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first strategy hires at an early-stage company and collaborate with the entire GTM organization (marketing, sales, revops, CS).
Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor key metrics to improve the performance of our GTM motion
- Improve key GTM processes to grow pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, and maximize revenue
- Be the glue across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success
- Provide analytical support for business reviews and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to enablement for our GTM organization around the latest messaging, content, and personas
- Drive special projects across the company by working with GTM leadership and the founding team
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a CS, GTM, or BizOps role in SaaS or at a fast-growing startup
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Driven, operationally excellent, and energized by solving hard problems
- Proven cross-functional influencer; work well with teams across the organization
- Excited about the fast pace of an early-stage startup
