GTM Strategy Lead

As the GTM Strategy Lead, you will build the commercial engine for a platform revolutionising SME energy procurement. Spun out of a leading consultancy and backed by government grants, you will transition a working product with 1,000 engaged SMEs into a scalable revenue machine by defining channels and building the RevOps infrastructure from scratch.

What you will do:
- Design and implement the complete RevOps infrastructure, including CRM architecture, funnel design, automated forecasting, and multi-channel revenue attribution systems.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, taking full accountability for meeting revenue targets aligned with the company’s financial model.
- Identify and execute scalable growth strategies through market research and competitive analysis to improve unit economics and CAC to LTV ratios.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS companies, specifically with experience selling into businesses with physical sites like hospitality or facilities management.
- Hands-on experience building GTM infrastructure and sales systems from scratch, moving comfortably from high-level strategy to technical CRM implementation.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of hiring and managing sales teams that consistently exceed individual and collective revenue targets.
