We are seeking a strategic leader to join our GTM Strategy team. This role will own and lead our go-to-market strategic planning, help the business scale using data-informed insights, create cross-functional alignment, improve forecasting, and drive governance across our rapidly growing company.
- Drive GTM strategic planning and business performance management
- Design long-term growth strategies and frameworks, delivering business insights
- Own the company and GTM forecasting process
- Partner with GTM leadership to optimize revenue planning and headcount allocation
- Work cross-functionally and build synergies across teams including strategy, marketing, analytics, revenue operations and finance
- Partner with analytics and data engineering to ensure accuracy of Target, Pipeline, Forecasting & Revenue models
Ideal Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Strategy, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar functions
- Proven track record of building strategic and operational initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
