We’re looking for a founding GTM Strategy & Operations hire to be a critical partner to our Head of GTM.
The Role
This is a high-impact, wide-ranging role that will shape the direction and execution of our sales and marketing motion, and help build the foundation of the growth team. You’ll help lead strategic planning, prioritize investments, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build the infrastructure and insights we need to scale from $1M to $10M and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Be a partner to the Head of GTM and build a strong operating cadence for sales and marketing (forecasting, weekly metrics, pipeline reviews, etc.)
- Help develop and update our go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, TAM and account scoring, pricing, and economics
- Establish our GTM reporting infrastructure across tools like Salesforce, Pocus, and Segment – including design, documentation, and data QA
- Build dashboards to help the GTM team self-serve key metrics (e.g. pipeline and revenue won, conversion rates, utilization, CSAT)
- Identify business problems and drive resolutions. Work cross-functionally to design processes, run experiments, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in SalesOps, RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Strategy at a B2B tech/SaaS company. Familiarity with PLG/growth motions is a huge bonus.
- Naturally curious. You love to deep-dive into questions to understand the root cause.
- A business-minded analyst. You can own the end-to-end workflow from problem identification to final write-up, and have an exceptional sense for connecting data to company priorities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You are unafraid to just get started and problem-solve along the way.
- Process thinker. You love finding ways to make cross-functional work more repeatable and scalable.
- Excellent communicator. You are able to story-tell with data and have experience generating buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders and execs.
- Hands-on. You have strong SQL, spreadsheet chops, and Salesforce savviness (we use Pocus, Census, Segment, and Pipedream too).
