As GTM Strategy & Ops Manager, you’ll support our growth and strategic vision by bringing a data-driven, analytical approach to Go-To-Market planning and execution.

The GTM RevOps org leads Strategy & Operations across all revenue focused teams—Marketing, BD, Sales, Partnerships, and Success. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the GTM team and with other stakeholders from various departments (such as Finance, Product, HR, etc.) to guide headcount planning, strategic decisions, performance insights, and business reviews.

The ideal candidate is data-oriented, analytical, scrappy, and a strong communicator who can work cross-functionally across Revenue teams and collaborators. This position reports to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations.

About the Role

  • Lead key Strategic Planning and cadenced activities including Quarterly and Annual Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, business KPIs and target setting, and ROI tracking and optimization
  • In partnership with system experts & data analysts create the source of truth for revenue performance and build visibility for the executive team and the broader organization
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance against targets and surface data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency across audience segments and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
  • Develop ongoing/weekly dashboards and track business performance via company KPIs and report on progress and key developments to GTM Leadership team
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to model and implement new strategies and drive clarity across revenue teams on goals and accountability
  • Lead RevOps support for new product launches including business planning, GTM research and recommendations, and new KPI & measurement strategy

About You

  • 5+ years of work experience in Strategy & Ops, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, or Consulting, including experience working with executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment
  • Advanced experience with data and analytics tools for business insights and comfortable creating order and extracting key trends from disparate data sources
  • Ability to build and optimize growth models, understand data patterns and drive to insights to improve our understanding of our business and audience segments
  • Experience partnering and influencing product and marketing teams using data-driven frameworks and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including project management and cross-functional leadership ability
  • Strong and structured problem solving; ability to independently translate high-level goals into high impact projects
  • Prior work experience with go-to-market teams (marketing and/or sales) is required. Familiarity with enterprise and consumption business models is preferred
  • Fluency in SQL, GSheets/Excel, and dashboard platforms such as Looker is preferred
