Role Overview
The Sales Operations Administrator will provide administrative support for the Regional Sales Operations Team, reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Manager. The role involves creating opportunities, managing Deal Registrations, and maintaining accurate contact information for Channel Managers.
What You Will Do
Assist with creating opportunities, manage Deal Registrations, navigate Vendor portals, monitor Deal Registration reports, and assist with data entry in SalesForce.com.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be self-motivated, have a strong ability to multitask, and outstanding attention to detail. Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required, with experience with SalesForce.com preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school
- Moderate experience (2-3+ years) in a sales support role
- Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
