Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is a valuable resource for Regional Partners and Account Executives, supporting sales and marketing efforts by requesting quotes, generating quotes, and managing Salesforce.com opportunities.
What You Will Do
Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders; respond to internal and external inquiries; suggest creative pricing and payment solutions; serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years in a customer service/sales support type role
- Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
- Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience
- Solid Math skills with the ability to calculate margins/discounts, and percentages
