Guild Mortgage Company seeks a Sr Data Analyst to perform data strategy and analysis efforts within the company’s enterprise data platform, eliciting business requirements, identifying KPIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess their data and analytics needs
- Requisition and obtain private data sources to support business needs
- Maintain the Logical Data Dictionary (LDD) with data lineage information
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality insights to key stakeholders
- Document functional / non-functional business requirements
- Identify internal process improvements for automating manual processes
- Provide actionable insights using analytics tools
- Identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data and maintain access control lists
