We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help us promote our offerings and showcase our vision. This is an individual contributor role perfect for someone with extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of building brand, content writing and (bonus points for) SEO. If you have an understanding of what it takes to build a professional services business from a marketing, brand, and network perspective we would love to meet you.

What you have experience in:

  • Exceptional project management skills, including ability to proactively monitor the progress of multiple projects with competing priorities, develop work plans, obtain necessary input/approvals, secure resources, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee project execution to meet/exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Skilled at gaining consensus when differing viewpoints are presented
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision. You will own the complete marketing function and we need someone that can own and drive this
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias towards action
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a services business and creating content with different audiences in mind
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical mind

What you’ll do:

  • Content Creation (ie. Quarterly Newsletters, Jobs Distribution emails, Client Spotlights, Event Materials, LinkedIn posts, continue to build our library of valuable client collateral, create case studies, etc)
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (content, socials, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials)
  • Website Management through 3rd party vendor
  • Surfacing, researching, and nurturing network of contacts and referral partners
  • Outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Develop and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
  • Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Build out a comprehensive yearly marketing plan
  • Bring together creativity and technology, business insights, and industry best practices to develop innovative creative assets that engage our clients
  • Execute with agility and measurable performance through best-of-breed solutions, centralization of key information and operations, and optimization of data, tools, people and process
  • Proactively communicate appropriate level of information to key stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities that capture & retain new clients
  • Develop & champion consistent brand expression across critical digital properties (website, social media, etc) to ensure continuity and clarity
  • Work cross functionally with Partners and Leadership team
  • Build out an SEO strategy to drive more inbound leads to the website
