Senior Manager – B2B Marketing Operations

Wellhub is seeking a Senior Manager of B2B Marketing Operations to join their marketing operations team in São Paulo. This role will lead the marketing operations function, owning the vision, strategy, and technology stack for the global B2B revenue marketing team. The manager will be responsible for ensuring data is clean and actionable, building scalable processes, and acting as a strategic partner to revenue marketing leadership. They will collaborate across teams to maintain a top-notch marketing foundation.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing operations, martech, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a marketing operations function.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
