Senior Product Operations Manager

HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale our AI-powered offensive security product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong experience with product analytics, including SQL and tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms
• Experience working with product instrumentation, telemetry, or data pipelines in partnership with Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product or operational improvements
• Demonstrated ability in building and automating product related processes using AI
