Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll manage leads from our proprietary hail database and build relationships with commercial building owners through cold-calling, drop-ins, CRE industry events, and strategic outreach. You’ll engage with clients from small business owners to large portfolio managers and help position HailSolve as a trusted partner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of outbound cold calling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling
  • Experience in commercial roofing, insurance, or the construction industry preferred
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated with proven success in relationship building
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
