As a Business Development Representative, you’ll manage leads from our proprietary hail database and build relationships with commercial building owners through cold-calling, drop-ins, CRE industry events, and strategic outreach. You’ll engage with clients from small business owners to large portfolio managers and help position HailSolve as a trusted partner.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of outbound cold calling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Experience in commercial roofing, insurance, or the construction industry preferred
- Excellence in verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated with proven success in relationship building
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
