Business Development Supervisor role involves developing and executing business strategies for Haleon’s business in the region, managing and growing sales through various channels, and building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical Science, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods sales, large customer management, and channel management
- Knowledge of company products, market conditions, and related policies and regulations
- Understanding of business channel sales and operating characteristics, with basic supply chain management knowledge
- Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Excellent sales skills and language expression and communication skills
- Good logical thinking and market analysis skills
