The Key Account Executive will be responsible for executing commercial and trade marketing strategic plans for the traditional channel in Antioquia. This role requires strong field orientation and accompaniment, leadership skills, and a proactive attitude to face a highly competitive and dynamic channel.
Requirements
- Graduate in administrative, commercial, or related areas.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in sales roles in mass consumption or related categories.
- Essential experience in field work and leadership of commercial teams.
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term business relationships with traditional channel distributors.
- Intermediate Excel (data management, analysis, and projections).
- Presentation and digital tools management.
- Knowledge of commercial indicators and execution in point of sale.
