Requirements
- Implements sales targets: completes set medium-sized chain customer sales volume under company policies and requirements, and enhances sales performance through effective customer management and service.
- Maintains customer relationships: builds and maintains long-term cooperation with medium-sized chain customers, provides targeted support and solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
- Develops sales strategies: formulates specific sales strategies for medium-sized chain customers based on market and customer needs, clearly defines sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manages channel budgets: under the guidance of direct managers, reasonably plans, uses, and manages channel investment budgets within authorized ranges, tracks and manages, ensuring accounts payable and accounts receivable balance by period.
- Implements brand activities: organizes and promotes brand promotion activities for medium-sized chain customers, coordinates internal resources to ensure smooth implementation, and enhances brand recognition.
- Collects market feedback: collects and analyzes customer feedback regularly, mines market changes and customer needs, and adjusts sales strategies in a timely manner.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: closely cooperates with market, sales, finance, and other departments to integrate resources and implement sales strategies, ensuring company policies are implemented.
- Prepares reports: prepares and submits sales reports, regularly reports project progress and market dynamics to regional sales managers, and provides support for decision-making.
