Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in business management, law, finance, or related field
- 10+ years of sales governance, compliance, strategic operations, or risk management experience, with 5+ years in management roles
- Expert knowledge of China business environment, sales models, channels, and regulatory dynamics
- Familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales models and channel management
- Deep understanding of industry competition landscape and sales innovation trends
