The role involves managing orders, coordinating with a Chef, and ensuring menus are up-to-date, providing administrative support, and answering customer inquiries. The position is a part-time commitment, offering a potential for full-time long-term employment.

Requirements

  • Curating menus with Chef’s
  • Imputing the menus in catering software and other software’s
  • Updating menus
  • Distributing menus
  • Tracking menu changes
  • Working with Customers
  • Electronic mail software (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Catering software (i.e.,Caterease, Foodstorm, Curate, etc.)
  • Computer Savvy
  • Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)
  • Word processing software (Microsoft Word)
  • Desktop and/or notebook computers
  • Detail oriented
  • Good spelling acumen
  • Familiar with Cooking terms
  • Working well in a fast paced environment
  • Open to Changes/flexible
