The Sales Operations and Distribution Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales and distribution channels. This position is responsible for analyzing distribution performance, optimizing workflow tools, generating critical financial forecasts, and developing incentive structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Distribution role.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to use data analysis to identify business problems and recommend solutions.
- Experience or strong willingness to quickly learn and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and machine learning techniques into analysis and workflow optimization processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
