  • Identify, prioritize growth opportunities across key markets.
  • Lead market entry strategies; expand plans for new territories.
  • Build, manage, optimize dealer and distributor network in the region.
  • Recruit, lead, develop high-performing sales team.
  • Set KPIs, performance goals, foster culture of accountability, excellence.
