Harness is seeking a motivated GTM Engineer to build innovative go-to-market solutions powered by engineering and generative AI. The role focuses on data-driven approaches, enhancing sales and marketing efforts through the full software delivery lifecycle. This position will be vital for building in-house tech to improve the productivity of the GTM organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or data engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of common GTM systems, frameworks, data processing tools, LLMs, and programming languages.
- Experience building systems that integrate with Salesforce (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong background in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable systems.
- Proficiency in developing APIs and creating user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users.
