GTM Systems Manager

Harness is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Manager to help build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) systems as we continue our rapid global growth.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Advanced expertise in the GTM application ecosystem (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Partner ecosystem, etc.).
• Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technically adept in the application of AI tools to streamline GTM processes and maintain a cutting-edge systems environment.
• SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
