Senior Data Analyst

Harness is a leading AI Software Delivery Platform company, and they are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own the operationalization of Bot & Abuse Protection customers and drive their success. The role involves working with customers to uncover pain points and abuse patterns, recommending and optimizing risk algorithms, and leveraging AI to uncover novel bot & abuse patterns. The ideal candidate has strong fraud domain knowledge, enjoys deep analytical work, and has a customer-facing impact.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in: Fraud analysis / Bot detection / Abuse detection.
  • Experience working with large-scale data processing systems.
  • Experience analyzing high-volume traffic datasets using Pyspark / similar distributed computing frameworks
  • Strong SQL + data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
  • Hands-on experience with building end-to-end ML solutions is an added plus
  • Solid foundation in algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality
  • Proven ability to influence client-side stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations
  • B.Tech. / B.E. / MTech. / M.S. in Computer Science
