• Lead and develop a small sales support team
• Standardize and improve pre- and post-sales processes
• Implement and manage CRM and operational systems
• Drive cross-functional projects between sales, engineering, and operations
• Improve reporting, analytics, and sales operations infrastructure
• Build scalable processes to support continued company growth

Ideal Background

• Experience in sales operations, customer support operations, or business operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong process improvement and project leadership experience
• Experience implementing or managing CRM / operational systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
