Manager, Sales Development

Harvey is transforming the legal and professional services industry through AI and is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a team of SDRs in New York, generating pipeline across leading law firms and professional services organizations. The role involves building a high-performing team, owning pipeline performance, and refining targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development
  • At least 1-2 years of direct SDR or BDR leadership experience
  • Proven success in building and managing pipeline-generating teams in a high-growth, outbound-focused environment
  • Deep understanding of modern sales development tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze team performance
  • Experience building SDR processes from scratch
  • Coaching-first leadership style
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and the transformation of knowledge work
