Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing promotions, product performance, store level performance, competitive analysis, et al to drive account success
  • Monitor and update the lifecycle of the product portfolio across channels
  • Complete deep analysis on key topics and report results in an easily understandable and actionable manner
  • Responsible for a series of weekly reports
  • Interface with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and SCM and assist in increasing efficiencies and functionality in the sales process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accountability and commitment to excellence
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize
  • Ability to utilize technology in creating workplace and process efficiencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and clear reporting
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Enjoy collaboration with the team but know when to take ownership of tasks

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics
  • Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements
  • Set up project and work breakdown structures
  • Establish and document business processes
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets
  • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions

Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
  • 5-7 years experience required
