Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Representative to join its expanding organization and elevate how it serves its customers. The role will be based in the Easton, PA office and will serve as a high-touch liaison for the company’s most important customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service, account management, or operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Syteline, Sage, Oracle) and proficiency with Excel
