Senior FP&A Analyst

As the largest pureplay adhesives company in the world, H.B. Fuller is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making by providing high-quality financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)
• 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, ideally with prior experience working in a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at a multinational organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• High proficiency with the use of OneStream and Business Intelligence tools
• Significant experience with Management Information Systems, Business Analysis and Financial Planning Processes
• Project management skills
• Experience in successful process and system improvement initiatives
• Fluent in spoken and written English
