As Communications Manager, you will lead communications plans, develop and write content, and manage teams to support HDR’s Transportation Business Group.
Requirements
- Manage the development and execution of communications plans
- Work with engineers, architects, designers and other subject matter experts to develop and write content
- Deliver employee training to activate and guide communications
- Support event management where required
- Lead engagement activities related to area of specialization
- Research and develop content for distinct tactics and target audiences
- Inform scope, schedule, and budget for communication activities pertinent to area of specialization
- Bring genuine, creative ideas to the table
- Manage and develop multidiscipline teams
- Own / lead engagement and presentation tracking and logistics
- Lead presentation development
- Support legislative coordination and government relations tasks
- Coordinate legislative reports, including accessibility
- Maintain / update program key messages and updating FAQ document
- Media coordination
- Correspondence and response tracking and writing
- Develop and drive workback plans
- Develop and manage program reports
- Provide additional support to help project team with sub work assignments
- Support listserv email updates
- Support materials development
- Draft website text and make website updates
