South Carolina Transportation Marketing Manager

At HDR, we are looking for a Transportation Marketing Manager to join our team in South Carolina. As a member of our Transportation Business Group, you will help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Requirements

• Retain, develop, and supervise proposal and marketing employees, as assigned.
• Drive the go/no-go decision process and assure it is applied in accordance with HDR’s Matrix of Authority and maintain a record of all go/no-go decisions.
• Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning).
