The Head of Ad-Sales – Growth role is responsible for developing and executing regional strategy to deliver on revenue targets, prioritizing sales narratives, and leading a team of sales leaders to drive revenue growth in Mexico.
Requirements
- Build, execute and operationalize regional strategy to deliver on revenue targets
- Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of Mexico
- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities Mexico
- Develop and lead a sales team of people managers and individual contributors
- Act as an part of Mexico Leadership team
- Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with high level stakeholders
- Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
