Our client, a leading player in the renewable energy and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) space, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across Nigeria and Africa.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
- Drive sales across: Solar energy solutions, Hybrid energy systems (solar + storage + backup), Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) offerings
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
- Identify and penetrate new markets across: SMEs, Commercial & industrial sectors, Real estate developers, Government and public sector
- Build and manage relationships with: EPC contractors, Energy equipment providers, Financial institutions, Telecom and infrastructure partners
- Design and implement subscription-based energy solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value clients
