Horizon Tech is looking for an E-commerce Growth Lead who will take full ownership of e-commerce revenue across multiple companies, driving performance and growth across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Requirements
- Build and own the 90-day revenue plan
- Set channel strategy for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop
- Set weekly targets for sales, ads, listings, creatives, launches, and inventory
- Align PPC, listing, creative, and operations teams
- Own pricing, promotions, launch calendar, and SKU priorities
- Review performance by account, brand, and marketplace
- Create SOPs, reporting, and accountability systems
- Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast
