Head of Finance Operations

The Head of Finance Operations leads financial and accounting strategy, planning, reporting, and controls for the organization, overseeing finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• ICAA, CPA license (highly preferred)
• At least 10 years progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior team leadership
• Experience in BPO/outsourcing or shared services
• Exposure to cross-border finance, international reporting, or offshore collaboration
• Familiarity with Australian GST, BAS, IAS, payroll, and superannuation
• Advanced proficiency in Xero (certification required)
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including international counterparts
• Advanced knowledge of PFRS and awareness of IFRS/Australian standards
• ERP and financial system proficiency
• High ethical standards and integrity
