The Opportunity
We’re searching for a Head of Revenue Operations…someone that will serve as a confidant, right hand, and execution partner to our executive team on all aspects of our marketing and sales operations. In alignment with our company’s vision and goals, the Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for driving process improvements, streamlining operations, creating business strategies, and supporting the execution of initiatives that deliver results.
We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone with both the proven experience and drive to get us from $10M to $100M+. This position is a high-impact role with a mix of strategy and execution. You’ll play a critical part in implementing the infrastructure needed to scale—in some cases making sure our systems and processes are scalable—and in other cases designing and building them from scratch. As a result, this is a unique opportunity to help take a successful company to the next level alongside a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our marketing and sales operations teams, consisting of marketing operations, performance, insights, sales operations, and revenue operations, including campaign operations, analytics, forecasting, territory design and mapping, and sales territory performance.
- Act as a right-hand partner to the Executive Team and department heads to ensure the company is on track to hit revenue goals, assess potential issues before they arise, and implement solutions to address them.
- Build efficient and streamlined strategies, processes, and systems with the goal of accelerating organizational growth and profitability.
- Manage and support execution of key company initiatives across multiple teams while holding those accountable for success.
- Analyze financial and operational results using core business KPIs and recommend areas for increased growth and/or operational improvements.
- Forecast and monitor key performance indicators, identify root causes of performance deviations, and design interventions to improve performance.
- Translate company goals into actionable objectives, OKRs and KPIs that cascade throughout departments and hold the organization accountable for hitting them.
- Design and implement systems and dashboards that continuously improve the monitoring of our business performance and decision-making capabilities.
- Manage change in a growing organization, balancing maximizing impact with gaining consensus and team buy-in.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales operations, with 5+ years leading revenue and GTM operations in high-growth companies
- Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams in SaaS or B2B companies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a bias toward execution and measurable results
- Proven experience building effective strategies across all revenue functions and influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders from strategy through execution
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially for executive and board-level updates
- Proficiency in modeling and analytics; structured thinker with a love for building scalable systems and solving operational challenges
- Experience with marketing and sales outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Linkedin SalesNav, Looker, etc.)
- Demonstrated record managing high-performing teams; both as a manager of direct reports and a cross-functional leader
- Driven self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for building scalable infrastructure

Compensation
We value each team member and are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits packages. Total compensation for this role is between $200,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience. This includes a base salary between $150,000 and $175,000 based on experience and qualifications and $50,000 to $75,000 in potential annual performance-based bonuses. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, and equity will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
