Head of Revenue Operations

As the Head of Revenue Operations (f/m/d) you will steer the operational backbone of our revenue-generating teams (Sales & Customer Success) and help them work more efficiently day by day. In this role, you will not only shape and optimize processes but also take ownership of implementing a reporting framework that drives strategic decision-making through data on every go-to-market level.

Your mission:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our CRM architecture (Hubspot) and push the envelope for how we use data and automation to improve GTM workflows and data quality across the funnel.
  • Improve the accuracy and scalability of our sales funnel (lead & pipeline stages), including forecasting, routing, engagement, qualification and handover processes.
  • Establish a best-in-class BI stack to drive data-based decisions across all revenue teams and ensure proper setup of goals, OKRs, KPIs and incentives.
  • Create / advocate for user-facing dashboards and pipeline performance reviews (from AE to exec level) with clarity of purpose and appropriate granularity.
  • Own the Revenue Tool Stack from first pilot to final roll-out and training of our operational systems.
  • Work cross-functionally between Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to engage in continuous go-to-market planning and iteration.
  • Lead and grow our Revenue Operations team to 5-7 FTEs by the end of 2025.

What you bring to the table:

  • You have 7+ years of professional experience in Revenue / Sales Operations within a fast-paced and digitally driven B2B environment. Experience in B2B SaaS and a hypergrowth environment is a plus.
  • You love to build and own things end-to-end and are not afraid to dive deep at the operational level.
  • You have excellent CRM (Hubspot preferred) & BI tooling skills (incl. Looker Studio, Tableau) and are familiar with data tools like Stitch, Segment or BigQuery.
  • You bring extensive knowledge of sales funnel mechanics, lead routing & scoring, AE & SDR workflows, territory planning and goals / quota-setting architecture.
  • You think like a product manager. You know how to prioritize, gather feedback and ship tooling across various stakeholders with excellence.
  • You are fluent in English. German is a strong plus & preferred.
