Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Rev Ops lead for 4-5 accounts during onboarding (<90 days)
- Diagnose/assess customers’ most compelling GTM inefficiencies relating to people, process, platforms, and data
- Create/configure new processes and automations in HubSpot based on business needs
- Create reports and dashboards based on business requirements and customer needs
- Document new processes and configurations via customer playbook
What Success Looks like:
- 4 NPS for relevant accounts
- 95% within margin delivery for onboarding SOWs
- 90% landing zone to steady-state transitions completed on time
- 1 process and 1 visualization improvement rolled out to rest of org per quarter
Key Stakeholders:
- Manager – 121
- Team – team meetings + slack support
- Customer – cadence calls, ad hoc channels
- Presales team – project transition prior to SOW start and at SOW end
Expectations + minimum qualifications:
- 2-5 years of revenue operations experience across the full funnel (i.e. marketing ops, sales ops, service ops)
- HubSpot Fluent – comfortable creating business processes, automations in workflows, custom properties and objects. Need hands-on experience managing a HubSpot CRM instance or integrating with HubSpot across GTM teams
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with an interest in customer & client success
- Enjoys fast-paced, growing company environment where things are changing and evolving
Compensation: $120,000/year
