- Prior experience in target markets
- 5+ years in full sales cycle role in Enterprise sales
- Payments or wider Fintech sales background
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experienced negotiator and closer
- Hunter mentality, self-starter
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Established LinkedIn profile (at least 500 connections)
- Revenue generation mindset
