Head of Sales Operations

We are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to join our rapidly growing Revenue team.

This role will own the strategic direction and tactical execution of our sales processes, systems, and data hygiene. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and deep experience in sales operations, data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and continuously optimize sales processes across segments, geographies and verticals
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting—own the data and single-source-of-truth around pipeline health and sales productivity
  • Drive system improvements, with a focus on automation and scale. Recommend, implement and optimize tools that support sales motions (ex: lead routing, prospecting workflows, account management)
  • Partner with leadership on sales planning and goal-setting—including segmentation, resource modeling, and territory carving
  • Inform enablement through performance data and process gaps
  • Oversee CRM (Hubspot) as system owner—streamline configuration and ensure data governance and integrity
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, RevOps and Product on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations; previous ownership of system tooling (through admin or technical lead capacity)
  • Expertise in building dashboards, models and ad hoc reports used to make strategic decisions; experience with spreadsheet functions, CRM reporting, data visualization tools (ex: Looker) required
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution; highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of common GTM systems: Hubspot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clari, Notion, Outreach, etc
