Head of Sales Operations

As the Head of Sales Operations, you will:

  • Lead and own process initiatives and projects that support Sales while partnering with other functions such as revenue operations, marketing, finance and customer success.
  • Be responsible for architecture and evolving sales processes in all stages of the customer lifecycle along with partner and affiliate programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to growth goals by increasing the productivity and efficiency of GTM sales teams.
  • Present to executive leadership on sales performance, initiatives and systems utilization and ROI.
  • Work with leadership to define team requirements, develop territories, and streamline performance tracking.
  • Provide visibility and insights to leadership so they can make data-informed decisions and trade-offs.
  • Build and scale a high-functioning sales operations organization and evolve organizational capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of deliverables and always look to improve systems and efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and analyze data, delivering insights to accelerate growth and drive conversion.

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bring strategic and critical thinking—you’re able to understand the big picture, synthesize insights, and make thoughtful decisions.
  • Excel at project management and driving visibility across your work.
  • Define and lead multiple projects and initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Love building great teams and enabling others to do their best work.
  • Are a systems thinker, and passionate about doing things in a scalable and repeatable way.
  • Have strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large amounts of data and distilling the findings to senior leadership.
  • Are proficient with GTM tech stack and CRM tooling (e.g. Salesforce, crossbeam, affinity, Gong, etc.)
