We are working with an award winning B2B media publisher responsible for the delivery of market-leading content and experiences for communities across fintech, energy, sports, and more.
They’re seeking a Head of Sales Operations to join the growing commercial function to improve sales performance, support quota attainment, and strengthen their martech stack through best-in-class operations and process.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own sales operations strategy
- Streamline and improve all processes and tools required by sales and commercial organization
- Oversee and administer martech tools and data integrations
- Partner with marketing, data, and revenue operations to ensure effectively lead routing and performance tracking
- Own and iterate sales team effectiveness, efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and assist quota attainment across teams
- Build dashboards and reports for internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Support CRM management and territory planning
Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience in driving transformation and leading sales operations strategy from scratch
- Strong experience in martech sales and marketing analytics systems (Salesforce etc)
- Experience supporting sales and marketing teams and driving operational change
- Data-oriented and able to confidently analyse large and complex datasets (Excel, BI tools etc)
- Understanding of sales performance tracking and quota attainment management
- Excellent stakeholder management and business presentation skills
- Media, consulting, SaaS, or B2B background desirable
