At Healthee, we’re transforming how people make the most of their health benefits. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help align our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, streamline our revenue processes, and drive data-driven decision-making to support our growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights. Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.
- Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Support scalability efforts by implementing systems and processes for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- CRM proficiency – Must
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly beneficial, as we use it for managing our CRM and revenue tracking processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and experience integrating various marketing and sales tools.
- Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience a plus.
- Experience with Zapier for building and managing integrations and automation between platforms.
- Experience in SQL for more advanced data analysis and reporting would be a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging technology, innovative tools and a bias towards operational efficiency.
