Senior Director, Billing Operations

As Senior Director, Billing Operations, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our digital advertising revenue operations for Hearst Magazines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, financial operations, or related fields, including leadership experience
• Strong expertise in digital advertising billing models, including direct and programmatic revenue streams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large, complex data sets
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
