The Senior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for introducing product offerings to established accounts, ensuring quality of work and excellent customer service while increasing sales.
Requirements
- Quote and process orders for high end solutions
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate discounts and proper pricing
- Manage all aspects of the sales, service and support cycles
- Provide post-install support to customers
- Achieve individual sales goal
- Reach expected monthly sales goals of assigned sales team
- Maximize existing client business relationships
- Act as liaison between Accounting and Solutions Consultants
- Understand solutions currently utilized by customers to identify new opportunities
- Handle complex issues and problems
