Hebbia is seeking a Business Operations Manager, Post-Sales to drive operational excellence of the post-sales organization and support customer-facing teams in driving customer value from ideation to execution. The role involves strategic analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue/customer success/technical solutions strategy and operations or equivalent role at a high growth SaaS company
- Excellent first principles thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills; ability to thoughtfully structure analyses, answer key business questions, and drive decision making
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, knowledge of how SFDC applications integrate with each other, and ability to enable team on SFDC best practices and related tools
