Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. As a People Operations Manager, you will own and run end-to-end People Operations within the Philippines, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems scale smoothly as Heidi grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a high-growth tech scale-up operating across ANZ and global markets
- Proven experience managing global people operations, including exposure to different employment models, regions, and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and seniority levels
