Senior Data Scientist II

We’re a healthcare company that’s transforming the industry by making genomics a standard of care. We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us identify patterns and trends in healthcare data to improve health outcomes and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, LLMs, and agentic tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Biostatistics, Medical Informatics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or other related scientific discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience working with US healthcare data in health care plan/services, public health, RWE, research, or a related field
  • Direct experience using LLMs or agentic tools in a research or clinical data workflow
  • Strong healthcare data experience with electronic health records and/or claims data
  • Experience with common clinical coding standards (ex: ICD, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED-CT)
  • Understanding of genetic data and knowledge of variant annotation tools and databases
  • Strong programming skills in Data Analysis and Visualization, SQL, Python, Databases
