Sales Operations Specialist

Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a full time basis located in our Melbourne office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support Head of Sales with information / data / analytics
• Support GAM/RAM/NAM/field sales’ sales activities
• Manage company mail outs, notifications and industry updates
• Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons
• Support sales contract management
• Support CRM and system nursing
• Manage customer profitability data and information
• Support sales reporting – target to actuals & job profitability
• Support with regional presentations (Data and powerpoint)
• Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints
• Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence

Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

• 2 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
• Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to details

Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
