Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales operations within B2B SaaS or healthcare
- Advanced experience with HubSpot administration and workflow design
- Proven track record of implementing AI workflow automation
- Experience building databases and systems in Notion
- Strong analytical skills in multi-touch attribution modeling
- Experience supporting both sales and marketing teams simultaneously
- Understanding of medical affairs and clinical partnership workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Skilled in transforming chaotic processes into systematic workflows
